imagiCal recruits on a yearly basis during the fall semester. During the fall, our members participate in consulting projects to build real-world experience to prepare for our National Student Advertising Competition in the spring semester, hence we do not recruit in the Spring as our members would not be as prepared to enter the competition.

Though imagiCal is a business community, we seek to develop leaders for all professions. The work and projects our club engages in helps you develop research, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Our cross-functional approach to complex business problems allows you to discover unique and creative methods. We don't urge any of our members to go into business professions, but rather help them become curious, open-minded and detail-oriented leaders in society. Aside from business analysts, we are lab scientists, mechanical engineers, lawyers, programmers, and so much more.
